Nepal's Chandra Bahadur Dangi, 72, has been declared the world's smallest man by Guinness. He is the size of a toddler standing at a mere 21.5 inches tall (54.6 cm). Dangi takes the shortest man record from Junrey Balawing of the Philippines, who is 23.5 inches (60 centimeters) tall.
