A historic house on the market near Durrington has had its guide price reduced by £50k.

The Old Manor House- a six-bedroom, 17-century, Grade II* listed house in the hamlet of Milston, was originally placed on the market in February for £1,795,000. The price was reduced to £1,745,000 on Friday, May 3.

The house dates back to 1632 and boasts a Jacobean staircase across three floors which took two years to restore. Other refurbishments have included the restoration of stone mullion windows and coving skirting boards. Bespoke oak internal doors have also been added to the home.
