Little Amal represents a Syrian refugee and has been carried through Greece, Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. St Paul's Cathedral's official Twitter feed tweeted: "It was a true pleasure to welcome #LittleAmal to St Paul's this morning.
