Piers Morgan has insisted that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should not be using their Royal titles.

The TV host criticised the couple, who stepped back from Royal duties in 2020. Harry, 39, and Meghan, 42, were stripped of their HRH titles after departing the Royal Family, but occasionally still use their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles, reports OK!.

When King Charles, 75, ascended to the throne, Harry and Meghan's two children became Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet of Sussex. Piers, 59, has spoken about the pair's use of titles, suggesting King Charles should have a conversation with them.

He believes the monarch should inform Harry and Meghan they cannot use the titles.

"They shouldn't be using the titles of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex bestowed on them by the monarchy," he stated on The Megyn Kelly Show.

Piers continued: "I hope that King Charles - who is massively distracted by his illness - will at some stage have that conversation and say, 'You can't keep the titles. I'm sorry.'"

He further suggested that the couple should not be able to "trade on their titles" and drop the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The outspoken TV host has consistently shared his views on the Sussexes, criticising them on multiple occasions.

The relationship between Harry and Meghan and the Royal Family has been tense since their departure from Royal duties in March 2020.

The pair moved to California and have only made a few trips back to the UK, such as for Queen Elizabeth II's funeral in September 2022.

Harry is set to return to London soon to attend a ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games at St Paul's Cathedral on 8 May.

The King is also expected to be in London during this period, raising the possibility of a reunion between father and son.

Earlier this year, Harry and Charles were reunited when the King publicly revealed his cancer diagnosis.

Following the announcement, Harry flew to the UK to see his father.

Harry's forthcoming visit to London will be brief, with insiders suggesting that any meeting between Harry and the King, if it occurs, will be short due to the King's busy schedule.

The King is due to meet with the Prime Minister at a weekly audience and attend the first Buckingham Palace Garden Party.

In other news, Meghan has unveiled her latest business venture, American Riviera Orchard, a lifestyle brand.

She is also working on a new podcast with Lemonada and serves as an executive producer on Harry's upcoming Netflix polo show, with more information about the project expected to be released soon.
