Pikachu Protesters Call For Renewable Energy Pledge at G7 Summit in Hiroshima
A pair of inflatable Pikachu were among protesters in Hiroshima, Japan, as the 49th G7 Summit began on Friday, May 19.
Footage recorded by @GelCanti shows the two Pikachu holding a banner from the campaign group Fossil Free Japan.
The group is calling on the Japanese government to commit to a transition to renewable energy.
