Yahoo News Pink opens up about struggles with monogamy: 'You'll go through times when you haven't had sex in a year'
Pink is never one to shy away from speaking her mind – even if it means giving fans an extremely personal insight into her marriage to Carey Hart.
The So What singer, who has had a tumultuous relationship with Hart over the last 11-years, confessed that she and her husband have gone a year without having sex.
Opening up about their struggles – the couple have split twice and later reunited over the course of their relationship – Pink revealed that the pair have to ‘work’ hard at keeping their romance monogamous.
‘There are moments where I look at [Carey] and he is the most thoughtful, logical, constant … he’s like a rock. And then I’ll look at him and go: I don’t ever wanna see you again,’ she told The Guardian.
‘Then you’ll go through times when you haven’t had sex in a year. Is this bed death? Is this the end of it? Do I want him? Does he want me?’ she continued.
‘Monogamy is work! But you do the work and it’s good again.’

This isn’t the first time Pink has been brutally honest about her marriage, as she previously admitted she sometimes wants to ‘stab’ Hart with a fork when things are rough between them.
She recently admitted: ‘We go through moments where honestly I look at him and I think, “I’ve never liked you at all, there’s nothing I like about you, I’ve never liked you, I’ll never like you again”. And then five minutes later I’m like, “You look really good in those jeans”.
‘And then two days later he’s helping me off the ledge and telling me things that only he could tell me because he’s known me that long. And then the next day I want to stab him with a fork. So yeah.’
