A Place in the Sun star Laura Hamilton has shared exiting plans to buy a new property - and leave the UK. The popular Channel 4 presenter currently lives in Surrey with her children Rocco and Tahlia - with ex-husband Alex Goward, who she split from in 2022.

She has been sharing her renovation journey on the 20th-century building with church windows and a tower, after turning it into a modern home with plenty of space. But she revealed exciting news that she is planning to spend more time in Mallorca, where she often films the show from.

Laura shared plans to renovate a property there herself. Sharing a picture of her outside a property in Mallorca, she wrote: "Mallorca [three heart emojis]. I’ve always said it’s one of my favourite places in the world and I might just be spending a bit more time here! #mallorca #renovation #project #property."
