As part of it, the lavish hotel is inviting golf fans to take part in the charity day.

The tournament will kick off with a welcome of tea, coffee and a breakfast roll from 9am in the clubhouse.

Competitors will then complete 18 holes across the prestigious Earl of Mar Scottish championship golf course at Mar Hall, which was designed by one of Britain's leading golfers and renowned golf course architects, Dave Thomas.

After that, attendees will then be welcomed into the hotel's Mortan House Ballroom for a two-course meal, charity raffle and prize-giving event.
