A 17-year-old boy has gone missing from Rainham - and may have travelled to London, police believe. Jamel Cox was last seen in the Tufton Road area of the town at around 7pm last night (June 27).

Kent Police has said the teenager has links to London and is believed to have travelled there. The force has shared an urgent appeal for information, alongside a photo of the boy, in a bid to find him.

The appeal urges anyone who sees Jamel to 'call 999'. He is described as black, of medium build, with his hair styled in corn rows.
