Metropolitan Police are on the hunt for a man they wish to speak to after a string of stabbings in Enfield after a man was knifed at a shopping centre. Police were called at 2.26pm on Saturday March 2 to Edmonton Shopping Centre to reports of a man with a knife.

Officers searched the area but found that those involved had fled before police arrived on the scene. After reviewing the CCTV footage, officers found the man had been stabbed in an altercation with another man who was armed with a machete.

While they were on the scene of the stabbing they received another call to nearby Hertford road to reports of a man with a stab injury. Police established that the injured person was the man who had been stabbed at the shopping centre.
