Police investigating a knife-point robbery want to speak to these two men. It follows an incident in Nuttall Park in Ramsbottom last week when two pedal bikes were stolen after their owners reported they were followed into the park, according to Greater Manchester Police.

The incident is said to have happened at around 5.50pm on Wednesday June 19. Nobody was hurt but two push-bikes were taken.

In a statement released today (Wednesday) Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers want to talk to these two men following the knife point theft of two pedal bikes in Nuttall Park, Ramsbottom at around 5:50pm on Wednesday 19 June 2024.

"The victims reported they were followed from Square Street in Ramsbottom, down a path towards Cormar Carpets Company and over the bridge into Nuttall Park where the offence took place. The two victims were threatened with a knife before the robbery took place.

"No injuries were reported, and no arrests have been made yet. We would ask anyone who may have witnessed this incident to contact 101 quoting log 2703 of 19/06/2024.
