Police launch CCTV appeal after York taxi staff member assaulted

Police are investigating after a staff member from a York taxi firm was assaulted.

Police have launched a CCTV appeal for a man they would like to speak to following the attack. The incident happened at about 11.30pm on Saturday, June 8, outside Fleetways Taxis on Queen Street in York city centre.

The incident involved a man throwing several punches at a member of staff on the street.
