Police want to find this man after shots fired in Hackney

Police are searching for a man in connection with shots being fired in Hackney in July last year. Police were called at about 11.40pm on Friday 7 July 2023 following reports that shots had been fired in Homerton Road.

No one was injured and those involved had left the scene when the police arrived and conducted searches in the area. A bullet casing was found, however, so a crime scene was put in place.

Detectives from Specialist Crime began an investigation. Following extensive enquiries, they have now released short footage of a man they want to speak to, pictured above. In the CCTV footage he and another hooded man are seen walking out of a green door.
