Power Lines Downed in Central Nebraska Amid Tornado Warnings

A resident of central Nebraska surveyed downed power lines in the area on Friday, April 26, amid severe weather warnings in the region.

This footage was taken by Kare Gydesen Wolinski, who said she filmed it near Elba on Friday afternoon.
