Princess Beatrice spotted at Glastonbury as band chant 'F**k the King!' on stage

Princess Beatrice was seen living it up until the wee hours at a clandestine VIP spot at Glastonbury. Her appearance came hours after the controversial moment when rock band IDLES encouraged thousands to join in on a raucous 'F*ck the King' chant during their headline act on the Other Stage on Friday night.

Oblivious to the anti-royal sentiment, Beatrice was spotted unwinding with friends at the Soho House pop-up following Dua Lipa's performance on the Pyramid Stage. The exclusive bar, tucked away behind a hedge and guarded by double security, is a haven for hospitality guests only, the Mirror reports.

Beatrice, opting for a casual look with a black jacket, trousers, and white trainers, was seen indulging in cocktails into the early hours of Saturday morning. The mother of two to daughter Sienna and stepson Wolfie went almost unnoticed as she enjoyed £13.50 Picantes and grooved to Kylie Minogue's hit 'Can't Get You Out of My Head'.

A source revealed to the Mirror: "Beatrice loves Glastonbury and always has a great time but she prefers to stay low key and blend in with the crowd. She'd rather have a good time with her pals than draw attention from anyone else."

It wasn't until well past midnight Beatrice and her group decided to wrap up their night. Among other celebrities who showed their endurance after Dua's memorable headline act were Cara Delevingne and Anya Taylor-Joy.

The duo, with Cara donning a jacket emblazoned with 'VIAGRA', were seen asking festival wardens for directions to the VIP area at 1.30am. Cara was over the moon when a group of festival attendees recognised her and praised her recent performance as Sally Bowles in Cabaret.

Emma Corrin and Rami Malek also appeared more intimate than ever as they were spotted cuddling at a property lock up at 2am. The Crown actress, who shot to fame portraying Princess Diana in the popular Netflix series, nestled into the Bohemian Rhapsody actor's chest while they waited for their belongings.

They also engaged in conversation with fans in the queue, receiving compliments on their acting before leaving hand in hand. Earlier this month, it was reported the duo have moved in together, sparking rumours of an impending engagement.

Meanwhile, Beatrice was enjoying herself with her celebrity friends, just hours after rock band IDLES performed on the Other Stage. They led the audience in chants of 'F*ck the King.'

This caused a headache for BBC executives as the set was broadcast with a slight delay on Friday night. The band interspersed their performance with various political statements.

During a song supporting immigration, a boat seemingly carrying migrant children was crowd-surfed, while lead singer Joe Balbot labelled Nigel Farage a 'fascist'.

On the Pyramid Stage, Dua Lipa wowed the audience with her first headline show, complete with fireworks, polished dance routines and surprise guests.

The pop sensation referred to the event as "the maddest night of my life", performing a medley of her hit songs, including These Walls, Break My Heart, Hallucinate, Electricity, Physical and Don't Start Now.

The 28-year-old artist bookended her Pyramid stage performance with tracks from her latest album, Radical Optimism, starting with Training Season and concluding with Houdini, accompanied by a spectacular fireworks display.

"This has been a massive dream come true," she expressed, before declaring her love for Glastonbury.
