Protesters Gather at UCLA as Donald Trump Jr Speaks on Book Tour

Protesters and Trump supporters gathered at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) campus on November 10 as Donald Trump Jr spoke as part of his book tour.

Trump Jr was promoting his new book “Triggered: How the Left Thrives on Hate and Wants to Silence Us,” at Moore Hall as part of an event hosted by the conservative group Turning Point USA.

In videos shared by reporter Morgan Stephens, a woman dressed in a “Make American Great Again” (MAGA) cape shouts “Trump 2020” during a call and response chant at the protest. In another video, a young man wearing an oversized red MAGA hat shouts “Cowards!” while a group of young men dressed in Trump merchandise chant “Four more years.”

MAGA was the election slogan for Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. It is now most commonly seen on merchandise to show support for Trump’s presidency.
