Queens Drenched in Rain as Storm Henri Strikes New York

New York City faced heavy rainfall and flooding this weekend, as Storm Henri struck the region.

This footage, filmed from a New York City ferry, shows heavy rains hitting Queens on August 21. Parts of the borough received more than six inches of rain by August 22, according to National Weather Service reports.

Governor Andrew Cuomo declared a state of emergency for New York state on August 21.
