Severe thunderstorms that blew through the Phoenix area left thousands without power on Tuesday morning, August 17.

Footage taken by Jennifer Lynne shows blowing rain at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Cactus Road in Peoria before dawn on Tuesday morning. A flash flood warning had been issued for Peoria, Glendale, and Avondale as storms moved through the area.
