On the eve of the country going to the polls, the ECHO is offering you the chance to join our dedicated General Election WhatsApp Community.

You will receive all results across the Liverpool City Region as they come in - as well as the big national General Election stories and reaction on a historic night.

We will be providing coverage throughout the night with regular updates in our community.

You will need to have WhatsApp downloaded to join the community. All you have to do is click this link, select 'Join Community' and you're in.

No one will be able to see your details in the community and you will only receive messages from the Liverpool ECHO team because other people will be unable to message in the group. We will not spam your WhatsApp feed with constant messages, but you will receive updates from us daily.
