Yahoo News Riverdale's Veronica Lodge family is finally revealed
The runaway success that is the whimsical and mysterious Riverdale has already been snapped up for a second season, so naturally we've got some new characters to meet.

Yep, the next twist for the Archie comics-based series – which is kind of like Twin Peaks meets Gossip Girl – is the reunion of Veronica Lodge's family. Finally.
Although Veronica and her mum Hermione are series regulars on the teen drama, Riverdale's richest man and the Lodge family patriarch has remained a bit of an enigma to fans.
Well now it looks like that enigma is no more, as Marisol Nichols – who plays Hermione – has shared a photo of the Lodge family back together, including dad Hiriam (Mark Consuelos).

"Lodges are back baby," she teased, as she shared a photo of the Lodge family over on Instagram. Our excitement for season 2 just got real.
And that excitement will be heeded by show bosses by the sounds of it, as Veronica Lodge herself recently revealed that fan reactions are helping to shape the next season's story.
Following the dark and dramatic cliffhanger season finale, Camila Mendes opened up about what fans can expect when the series returns to our screens later this year.
"With things like Twitter, we can touch base and see what they like and what they don't like," she said.
"So I think going into season 2 we really know what people are interested in. Now that we've put it out there in the world, we can expand on it and go darker and deeper."
Riverdale will return on October 11 on The CW. Netflix airs the show in the UK.
