Robbie Williams Announces 2013 European Tour

After three successful shows at London's O2 Arena, Robbie Williams has confirmed a 15-date European tour next year.

The new tour, supporting new album Take The Crown, will begin with a string of UK dates in Manchester, Glasgow and London before heading off to Europe.

Olly Murs will support Williams on the tour, which will be the former Take That star's first in over six years.

The run kicks off at Manchester's Etihad Stadium on June 19 and continues to Glasgow's Hampden Park on June 25, before two nights at Wembley Stadium in London on June 29 and 30.

The tour will culminate in Estonia on August 20, taking in Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Belgium and Switzerland on the way.

As he made the announcement, Williams said: "I've got such a buzz out of playing live again this year.

"The shows have reminded me how special it is to play my songs in front of a huge audience, with all the excitement and adrenaline that it can bring. Bring on 2013!"

Murs said: "Everyone knows I am a huge fan of Robbie, and I'm honoured to call him my friend. He's been a huge inspiration to me and given me so much advice throughout my career so far. When he asked me to join him on tour I was over the moon!"

Williams has sold over 70 million records worldwide, which ranks him among the best-selling music artists worldwide and he has been honoured with 17 Brit Awards, more than any other artist.

He releases his new single Different on December 17 and tickets for the tour will go on sale at 9am on November 30.

The 2013 UK tour dates are:

:: Manchester, Etihad Stadium – June 19 and 21

:: Glasgow, Hampden Park – June 25

:: London, Wembley Stadium – June 29 and 30
