Robbie Williams has apparently splashed out on a special hair powder to help conceal the fact he is thinning on top.

The Rock DJ singer said his barnet is starting to look a little sparse in places – despite his having a hair transplant back in 2013 – so he is having to try something different.

The star opened up about his hair struggles on Clarke Carlisle’s podcast.

Williams spoke about his hair ‘deserting’ him, pointing out the areas that weren’t as thick as he would like and saying: “Man is going thin on the top."

Williams said there were big gaps at the back, adding: “So I think I am going to have a thatch. I think I am going to thatch it."

The 46-year-old then shared that he had bought a hair powder that would hopefully remedy the situation.

"I'm going thin on top so I've bought some hair! There is hair in here,” said the father-of-four.

“I don't even know if it’s going to be the right colour.

“It's powder, but it's going to be hair."

Having hair at all is a different look for Williams these days, as he shaved his head entirely during the country’s first coronavirus lockdown.
