Yahoo News Roman and Williams Brings T&C's April Issue to Life
Places, everyone! In the April issue of Town & Country, Robin Standefer, co-founder of the design firm Roman and Williams, creative directed a sumptuous showcase of high jewelry and craft. We called it "Dinner Theater," and on Tuesday night, T&C and R and W brought it all to life with a party at La Mercerie, the restaurant at their Soho emporium Roman and Williams Guild. The dress code? Fantasia chic. Everyone got the assignment: just as in the story, the dominant hue of the night was emerald green. And the guest list? Well, it was just family: Stellene Volandes, T&C editor in chief; Stephen Alesch, Roman and Williams co-founder and Standefer's partner; T&C Executive Style Director Erik Maza, Fashion & Accessories Director Dania Lucero Ortiz, and Visuals Director Darrick Harris; T&C contributing editors Brooke Garber Neidich, Spencer Bailey, Susan Fales-Hill, Alejandra Cicognani, William Li; designers Wes Gordon, Peter Som, Jean Liu, Nicole Fuller, Young Huh; and Ivy Getty, Jill Kargman, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Angie Mar, Laurence Milstein, Isolde Brielmaier, Christopher Johnson and Sotheby's chief executive Charles Stewart, among others.
