On Sunday night’s Love Island, Ronan Keating’s son, Jack, revealed who his famous father is.

Ronan, 45, shares Jack along with daughters Missy, 21, and Ali, 16, with his ex-wife Yvonne Connolly, who he was married to from 1998 until 2015.

The 23-year-old, one of six new lads trying to cosy up to tempt the girls in Casa Amor, told the 19-year-old daughter of Michael Owen, Gemma, how important he considers family life.

Gemma and Jack were having a relaxed chat by the pool, when Jack told the dressage rider: “My mum and my little sister are big into show jumping and everything like that. I know you’re big into it as well.”

Social media marketer Jack - the eldest of Keating’s three children with ex-wife Yvonne, 48, said: “He’s a singer.”

When intrigued Gemma asks: “A well-known singer?” Jack says: “Yeah he is, you know Ronan Keating? That’s the old man.”

Storm Keating (nee Uechtritz) is an Australian-born designer and the wife of Boyzone’s Ronan Keating, who was born in Childers, a town in the Wide Bay-Burnett region of Australia.

Storm, 40, made a name for herself in the fashion industry, as well as working on British TV programmes including The Voice and The X Factor.

Her birth name is Sharyn Storm Uechtritz, with the quirky middle name taking inspiration from one of Wilbur Smith’s novels. The fashion designer wed her university boyfriend Tim Ivers in 2009, but the pair split three years later.

She didn’t meet Ronan Keating until September 2012, when the pair were both working on The X Factor Australia. The loved-up pair got married in 2015 and announced they were expecting their first baby together in December 2016.

On April 27, 2017, the pair announced their son Cooper had been born with an Instagram post. New dad Ronan wrote: “Incredibly excited to announce the arrival.

“We’re all bursting with love for the newest little member of our family!

“Feeling very blessed to be daddy to this little man and the luckiest man in the world to be husband to such a strong, loving and warm-hearted woman and add to my beautiful family.”

The couple announced the birth of their daughter Coco in March 2020, shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic had shut down large parts of the world.

The Irishman broke the news on Instagram, writing: “Hello world Spreading some good cheer at this time with the announcement of the safe delivery of our little girl Coco Knox Keating.”

Mum-of-three Yvonne, 48, is a former commercial model, who starred in campaigns for brands such as Coca Cola, Superquinn, Bank of Ireland and the National Lottery, before going on to venture into television.

She previously competed in the Irish version of Celebrity MasterChef and made it to the fifth week of the competition.

Following her appearance on the show, she appeared as a guest on TV programmes such as This Morning and The Six O’Clock Show where she showed off her culinary skills. Yvonne also appeared as a mentor on The Family Project back in 2014.

Yvonne is also a keen equestrian and regularly shares videos and snaps of her horses on Instagram.

Yvonne split from ex-husband Ronan in 2010, with the pair’s divorce eventually being finalised in 2015, shortly before the singer’s wedding to Australian model Storm.
