We have some news for you about RuPaul's Drag Race UK, hunties: the chances of a second season are looking good.
Excited for the Drag Race's British debut, Michelle teased that RuPaul is confident the show will have just as much success as its American mother.
"Ru looked at me and said, 'This is going to be on for such a long time'," Michelle revealed. When asked if that was confirmation of a second season, she replied: "It bloody better be!"
Unfortunately, "there is no confirmation" just yet – not from Michelle, anyway – but the performer sounds pretty convinced it's in the bag.
Hinting at a potential second season's guest judges, Michelle said: "There's a bunch of friends that couldn't [do the first season] because of their schedule, but that means... season two.
"This is the first season, it's only going to get bigger and bigger and the guest judges will come banging on the door."
Speaking of guest judges, Drag Race UK recently gave fans their first sneak peek at the series' sickening premiere, including a very grateful Andrew Garfield.
"I feel like a competition winner and the prize is a day in gay heaven," he tells Mama Ru, Michelle, and Alan Carr. "Thank you so much." No, Andrew, thank you.
RuPaul's Drag Race UK premieres October 3 on BBC Three. All-Stars 5 and season 12 are airing in the US soon.
