The TV star, 33, hosted Big Brother spin-off show Bit On The Side from 2013 to 2018.
And now that it's been announced that the reality show is returning to our screens, he is hoping he gets a call.
Speaking on ITV's Lorraine, he said: "I love that show with my life, I've got a Diary Room in my house, I am that sad fan, that's me."
"I'll be completely honest, I've made no secret for the last five years since it's been on air, I want Big Brother back," said Clark, who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2013.
"There's no point in lying... of course I'd love to go back to Big Brother, it feels like my second home," he went on.
"My whole life has been Big Brother."
However, the presenter said he hasn't been offered anything so far.
"I don’t know what they are doing at the moment," he said.
"They are still making decisions. It might be a fresh new team. Whoever it is I just hope they look after it, you've got to love that show.
"Hopefully I’ll be working on it, just putting it out there!"
Big Brother first aired in 2000 at Channel 4, where it stayed for 11 series, seven celebrity versions and final series Ultimate Big Brother, before moving to Channel 5. It last aired in 2018.
It was confirmed earlier this year that it was is set to return in 2023, with ITV2 has announcing it will be bringing back the reality show giant.
