Presenter Christine Lampard - who was filling in for Lorraine Kelly - suggested Rylan could host the reboot with This Morning star and former BB housemate Alison Hammond.

"I'll be completely honest, I've made no secret for the last five years since it's been on air, I want Big Brother back," said Clark, who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2013.

"There's no point in lying... of course I'd love to go back to Big Brother, it feels like my second home," he went on.

"My whole life has been Big Brother."

However, the presenter said he hasn't been offered anything so far.

"I don’t know what they are doing at the moment," he said.

"They are still making decisions. It might be a fresh new team. Whoever it is I just hope they look after it, you've got to love that show.

"Hopefully I’ll be working on it, just putting it out there!"
