Shoppers at Sainsbury's and Waitrose are being urged to check their cupboards, fridges and freezers after the Food Standards Agency (FSA) issued recalls for certain food products.

The FSA issues recalls for a variety of reasons, including the detection of foreign objects in the product.

When a product is recalled, the FSA provides details on what consumers should do if they have purchased the item, as well as information on why the item has been withdrawn from sale. Customers who have bought any of these items can return them to their nearest store for a full refund.
