Sam Neill and Helena Bonham Carter have collaborated to produce Das Fone Hell, a “Cinema Quarantino Production” that fans are going wild for.

Neill shared the short film from his Twitter account, explaining its “vast expense” and production across two continents.

“HELENA BONHAM CARTER stars in this groundbreaking Cinema Quarantino Production DAS FONE HELL,” he tweeted.

“At vast expense, filmed on two continents over what (seemed like) five years , this profound and heartbreakingly candid insight into Modern Life will shake you to the core (Pilates 101).”

The bonkers plot involves Neill arriving home from a shopping trip to find his phone (Bonham Carter) is upset at him for leaving it behind.

Neill continues to aggravate the phone by telling it he preferred older models where the battery lasted for up to a week.

“I don’t wanna hear about those sluts,” Bonham Carter says. “The 3, the 5, the 8. I’m glossier. I’m smarter. And where have you been?”

Neill responds by showing his “essential” item: a bottle of wine.

Bonham Carter then poses the question as to what could have happened in the 10 minutes Neill left the phone on its own.

“I don’t know what I was thinking,” Neill despairs. “My agent could have called with a job for 2025!”

The result has gone viral, with more than 12,000 retweets and 46,000 likes at the time of writing.
