Seann Walsh and Katya Jones latest: Strictly Come Dancing pair work up a sweat in training

Seann Walsh praised Katya Jones’ “flawless” appearance as they worked up a sweat during Strictly rehearsals.

The scandalous duo are currently learning the Quickstep ahead of Saturday night’s live show - their second dance since pictures surfaced of them enjoying a passionate kiss.

Walsh shared a behind-the-scenes Instagram video from their final day of training on Thursday night. The comedian was dripping with sweat while professional dancer Jones looked “flawless”.

“Look at the difference between us,” he said.

Another video showed him tucking into some watermelon before swapping it for a ready meal.

Walsh and Jones were the 5/4 favourites to be booted out of the competition last weekend in the wake of their illicit kiss, which according to sources was not a “one-off”.

But the couple received high praise from the judges for their Charleston and survived the dreaded dance-off which saw Katie Piper sent packing after failing to impress over Charles Venn.

The dance left Walsh with bruises and scratches after Jones walked up his back as part of the routine.

Speaking on spin-off show It Takes Two, Jones said: “He’s got massive bruise and scratch on his back from walking up. Seven out of ten [times] it didn’t work.

“And then he hurt his knee as well. I was just not giving up. I was like ‘we are doing this’.”

Walsh added: “I was injured, that’s how brave I am.”

Walsh and Jones both apologised for their kiss, which saw Walsh get publicly dumped by his long-term girlfriend Rebecca Humphries.

Katya said she is still “very happy” with her husband of five years, fellow professional dancer Neil Jones.
