Second Rebel Convoy Arrives to Opposition-Held Area of North Aleppo

A second rebel convoy, which left Al-Waer in Homs on March 27, arrived to an opposition-held area in east Aleppo province on March 28, according to pro-opposition sources.

The convoy left Homs as part of a reported agreement between rebels and the Syrian government.

The agreement, reached on Monday, March 13, came after a month of escalated shelling of the neighborhood by pro-regime forces.

This video was shared by a pro-opposition media and is described a showing the rebel convoy arriving to east Aleppo province.
