Can You See A Beautiful Woman In This Demonic Optical Illusion?

Stare at this picture and you’ll see a demonic face stare right back at you - but look away and you may just see a beautiful woman.

The image shows a woman with demonic white eyes and hair and a blue face that features a snarling, evil grin.

But in a quick step, that image will be turned into a young, attractive brunette woman.

To see the effect, you’ll have to stare at the white dot on the demon woman’s nose for about 15 seconds.

Once you’ve done that, simply stare at the white space next to her and the image will change dramatically.

The explanation is all down to eye stimulation, according to psychology expert Kendra Cherry.

She told about.com: “This happens when the photoreceptors, primarily the cone cells, in your eyes become overstimulated and fatigued causing them to lose sensitivity.

"In normal everyday life, you don’t notice this because tiny movements of your eyes keep the cone cells located at the back of your eyes from becoming overstimulated.”

The demonic picture is the latest optical illusion to go viral after millions of people saw different colours in one picture of a dress.
