“It’s also encouraging to see the promotions across our north of Scotland team.

“This year, we’re celebrating our 20th anniversary of opening our doors in Inverness, and we’re seeing colleagues from across the Highlands, Islands and Moray setting new standards for themselves and their clients.“

Chief executive Martin Darroch added: “In the last year, our headcount grew by 10%, we’ve invested in talent with the highest number of trainees we’ve ever had at 37, and continued to support the Modern Apprenticeship programme.

“This is because of the opportunities we’re creating for ourselves and a commitment to deliver to the highest standards our clients expect of us, and we expect of each other.”
