Sheridan Smith has announced that she has split from fiancé Jamie Horn.
"It is with great sadness that we have decided to have some time apart," the twosome wrote.
"We both remain completely committed to raising our beautiful boy Billy together," they continued. "We ask that you respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you."
Smith, 40, and insurance broker Horn, 31, met through the dating app Tinder in 2018, and got engaged shortly after.
They revealed that they were expecting their first baby together on Instagram in December 2019, before Smith gave birth to son Billy, amid the coronavirus pandemic, in May 2020.
Back in September last year, the pair appeared together in Sheridan Smith: Becoming Mum, an ITV documentary that saw the Cilla actor share her pregnancy story and reflect on her own mental health.
The one-off special, in which she and Horn, attended scans and prenatal classes, was praised by viewers, as they commended Smith for her honesty.
"I am gobsmacked. What an extraordinary lioness @Sheridansmith1 is," one Twitter user wrote. "Your bravery in talking about your vulnerability… anxiety, terror, hospital, loss… is a support for us all. Thank you for being so open. Kindness matters."
