Silent Witness viewers in tears over emotional Clarissa storyline
Silent Witness fans were incredibly moved by Clarissa Mullery's emotional scenes last night (January 28) .
Portrayed by Liz Carr, Clarissa faced some tough decisions throughout the most recent episode, as she learnt that her mum (who already has dementia) had been diagnosed with cancer and would be starting chemotherapy.

The dementia side of the storyline with Clarissa's mum certainly hits close to home this week. I lost my nan to dementia 7 years ago and it's bringing back so many awful memories, but @thelizcarr your performance is SO incredible❤️ #SilentWitness
