People are always on the prowl for easy to prepare sweet delicacies that deliver a savoury punch. In this spirit, a culinary enthusiast known by her TikTok handle @kizactivelife shared an enticing recipe for "no bake Weetabix peanut butter cups" and said "calories don't count for this one".

The 11-second clip commences with a display of the finished snack, before visually detailing the simplistic preparation process. Once all components are assembled, they're placed in the refrigerator until they take on the appearance of a Reese's cup.

The post was positively received, amassing near 180k likes from individuals keen to try the snack. In terms of ingredients, you will require six Weetabix alongside honey, peanut butter, and chocolate chips to make this irresistible recipe, reports the Mirror.

The method is straightforward, involving the crushing of Weetabix before adding honey and peanut butter; the mix is then divided into silicone moulds before melting and spreading the chocolate and freezing it for an hour.

She further stated that as soon as they set, they're ready to eat and should be stored in the fridge to preserve freshness.

Among the comments, one user remarked that they "did this with Biscoff spread it was so good", presenting a suitable alternative for those with nut allergies. An inquiry raised as to what substitute could be used instead of the chocolate to maintain a healthier option.

She suggested opting for "95% dark chocolate". One father said: "Made these with my daughter...we used digestive biscuits instead of Weetabix..unreal."

Another eager TikToker said: "Oiiiii they look GOOD."
