Yahoo News Sky can give you the phone of your dreams... whenever
Do you ever get sick and tired of having to wait until the end of your long-term contract before getting a new phone? Well, don't worry, because you're not alone.
Rather than forcing you to endure tech-related FOMO for a few months, or even years, Sky has come up with a much simpler solution: Sky Swap.
Although still a contract (you can opt in to a 12-month or 24-month schedule), Swap will give you the opportunity to upgrade your phone, well, every year – if that's what tickles your fancy.
Swap will be available on Sky Mobile's entire range of handsets, including Samsung, LG and Sony. Sorry, Apple fans.

Stephen van Rooyen, Sky's UK and Ireland Chief Executive, said of the new plan: "Our mission to shake up the mobile market continues. Customers told us they want an affordable way to have the phone they want, when they want - so that's exactly what we are doing."
"This means no more paying for expensive upgrade fees or long waits to get the latest models," he added.
One of those latest models up for grabs is Samsung's long-awaited Galaxy S8, which will be available to pre-order tomorrow (March 30).
