A wooden shack is on sale in a posh seaside village - and the price tag is pretty hefty. The unique property, nestled in the Gwynedd village of Abersoch, stands out from the typical beach huts in the community that often command six-figure sums.

Unlike its counterparts, this hut isn't located on the sands of Porth Mawr, the usual spot for such sought-after structures in the Gwynedd village. While some might see its location as a downside, the beach remains just a stone's throw away, reports North Wales Live.

However, what sets this particular shed apart is the inclusion of a sizeable open plan area that can be sectioned off to create a bedroom space. It also boasts a galley kitchen and shower room, offering significantly more floor space than the beachfront alternatives.

Elvins estate agents have listed the property with a guide price of £150,000. The agent said: "Located at the top of Lon Golf in Abersoch, Bryn Tirion is positioned in a sought after location, two minutes from Abersoch beach and village centre.

"The property consists of a wooden structure with a garden/parking to the front." They added: "The interior compromises of an open plan room on the front and a galley kitchen with shower room to the rear.

"We believe the property to be freehold, but potential purchasers should seek clarification from their solicitor prior to an exchange of contracts."
