Somerset House Summer Series 2018: Metronomy, MGMT and Sigrid join festival lineup

Metronomy, MGMT and Sigrid are amongst the newly announced acts for Somerset House Summer Series 2018.

The artists will all perform at the famous London venue as part of the festival lineup, which takes place between July 5 and 15.

Tickets for the events go on sale on March 23. They can be bought here.

The festival will celebrate a mixture of established and upcoming talent. Art rock favourites Metronomy and MGMT are welcome additions to the lineup, along with veteran hip hop groups De La Soul and The Roots.

Meanwhile, the inclusion of Sigrid and BRIT's Critics Choice Award winner Jorja Smith recognises a new generation of talent.

July 7 - Don Letts presents Bass Forward feat. Wiley, Congo Natty, Norman Jay and Jazzie B

July 8 - Dave Rodigan & the Outlook Orchestra

July 9 - MGMT

July 10 - LP

July 11 - Sigrid

July 12 - The Roots

July 13 - Jorja Smith

July 14 - De La Soul

July 15 - Róisín Murphy

The artists will follow on from the likes of Norah Jones, Goldfrapp, Foster the People and Warpaint who all performed as part of the festival in 2017.
