South Africa's Eskom says "high risk" of blackouts at weekend

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South African power utility Eskom said on Thursday it might institute rolling blackouts at the weekend because a portion of imported electricity would not be available. "There is a very high risk of load-shedding over the weekend," Eskom said in a statement.
