Spencer Matthews apologises for “wooden performance” after his Good Morning Britain presenting is slammed by viewers
Good Morning Britain viewers had the pleasure of Spencer Matthews presenting their showbiz highlights this morning.
Sadly for the former Made In Chelsea star, many were less than impressed with his overall style.
Taking to Twitter, many slammed his performance, calling him “wooden” and remarking on how he struggled to read from the autocue.

Spencer even apologised to fans, sharing a picture of himself on the ITV show on his Instagram.
“Such a huge amount of respect for people who regularly present live television – it’s a skill and it’s not easy,” he wrote.
“Had my first go this morning on @gmb and it’s safe to say that it didn’t go so well... Apologies for my lack of experience and wooden performance. I’ll loosen up and get better with time, hopefully!”

GMB is currently being presented by Richard Madeley and Kate Garraway while Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid are on holiday (not together, we presume).
However, they have still managed to keep the show a well-talked about subject while Piers is away, when they featured a guest who appeared completely naked.
Dr Victoria Bateman, an academic at Cambridge University, stunned the morning television programme when she appeared in the buff to make the point that "Brexit leaves Britain naked", arguing that Brexiteers' promises to citizens are the metaphorical equivalent of the Emperor's New Clothes.
But Richard barely batted an eyelid at the nude lady, saying: "As the only male presenter here, I have to say that I don't find it at all shocking. It's unusual, a bit strange, but it's not shocking or rude."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV.
