Stacey Dooley reveals why she isn't rushing to marry Strictly’s Kevin Clifton
The TV star has been with dancer Kevin Clifton since 2019
Stacey Dooley has suggested that she and Kevin Clifton won’t be heading down the aisle any time soon as marriage “has never been massively important” to her.
The documentary-maker has been with the dancer since 2019 after they first met on Strictly Come Dancing, and in January this year they welcomed a baby girl together.
But Dooley revealed in an interview with The Sun that tying the knot may not be on the cards for her and Clifton, who has been married three times before.

“Marriage has never been massively important to me,” said the 36-year-old.
“Also, it’s well documented that Kev’s done it a couple of times before. So, you do have to bear that in mind, coming down the aisle like, ‘Hello everyone, I know what you’re all thinking’."
The TV star added that marriage was not something that she had dreamed about.
"I don’t subscribe to the idea that you offer more stability if you’re married, because we know loads of marriages end in divorce," she went on.
Dooley met former Strictly pro Clifton when they were paired up on the BBC ballroom contest in 2018, which they won.
In 2019 they announced that they were an item and they have been together ever since.
Last summer Dooley announced that they were having a baby, saying on Instagram that they were "b***** delighted".
Their daughter Minnie was born in January this year.
Clifton was previously married to fellow dancers Anna Melnikova and Clare Craze.
