The 32-year-old Loose Women star and her TV presenter fiance — who already have four sons between them — took a week to decide the names for their baby girl, who was born at home at Pickle Cottage on Monday 4 October.
Solomon said: "Rose Opal, Esme Solomon-Swash. Our beautiful flower - Our precious jewel - who is ever loved.
"It’s been the most magical week. We love you to the moon and back our little Rose. We feel so so lucky to have you here…
"Thank you all for your loveliness, your kindness and just being there at 3am for a chat it’s been the best. Love you all."
The TV presenter — who found fame on The X Factor in 2009 — welcomed baby Rose at home on her 32nd birthday.

Watch: Stacey Solomon gave birth to her daughter at home in Pickle Cottage
"She’s Here Born at Pickle Cottage on mummy’s birthday."
Solomon revealed she initially went to hospital after contractions began to have the baby monitored, but then returned home.
When labour advanced quickly she went on to have her a home birth with the help of the community midwife team and gas and air for pain relief.
Solomon is already mother to two-year-old son Rex with Swash, as well as sons Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from two previous relationships.
Former EastEnders star Swash, 39, also has an 13-year-old son Harry from a previous relationship.
Solomon and Swash — who began dating in 2015 — became engaged on Christmas Eve 2020 and had been planning to tie the knot in their back garden this summer.
But the couple decided to postpone their wedding after announcing they were expecting their second child together after trying for “a really long time”.
