Sharing an adorable picture showing them hugging whilst smiling at the camera, the mother-of-three wrote alongside it: "I feel like everything in my life has led me to you and every day I'm more grateful. Sorry about the soppiness. These last few days I've turned me into mush."
Stacey shared a loving snap of her and partner Joe
She added: "I just don't know what I'd do without him. We are so lucky to have you in our lives Hoe. You love us. All of us. The good, the bad and the pink wrapping. We love you to the moon and back."
The 30-year-old then praised her fans for their continuous support, writing: "Hope you're all ok, while I'm in a soppy state I have to say... I honestly have loved reading each and every message I've been able to see from you all today they're so positive, kind and confidence building. You have no idea how amazing you all are. Building others up is the ONLY way to succeed. Love you."

The post was met with outpouring of support, with many thanking her for brightening their days. Other fans, however, were left thinking that maybe the mum-of-three was expecting again.
"Are you pregnant... sloppy hormone alert," one wrote, whilst another one replied: "I was wondering the same." Further fans liked the post, agreeing with the speculation.

Despite fans' thoughts, the Loose Women panellist revealed earlier this year that four children between them is "enough".
Taking part in an impromptu Q&A with her Instagram followers, Stacey was asked whether she would like to have another baby with boyfriend Joe Swash.
"We get asked this question a lot," she explained. "I never say never to anything but definitely not at the moment. We've got four children and feel really lucky to have them. But it's a lot, that's enough I think."
Stacey, who has been with Joe since 2015, is a mother to three boys; Rex, one, who shares with Joe, 11-year-old Zachary and seven-year-old Leighton, while Joe is also a dad to son Harry from a previous relationship.
