Stacey Solomon in shock as Michelle Obama shares a post about her

Stacey Solomon probably has one of the best Instagram accounts on the internet and we love how she’s using her platform to keep fans’ spirits up amid all of the stressful news we’re currently bombarded with.

Now the Loose Women panellist has got the attention of non-other Michelle Obama.

The former First Lady of the US shared a post about positivity to Instagram and Stacey gets a surprise mention.

Barack Obama’s wife shared a post featuring several tributes from children to doctors, nurses and other first responders and one particular tribute saw a young person thank her NHS nurse mum for "being so strong" and cheering her up by telling her to "get some sleep, relax and let Stacey Solomon get you giggling”.

After being alerted to the sweet note, and the fact that it had been shared by none other than Michelle Obama herself, Stacey took to her stories to share her disbelief.

“So many of you are tagging me in this... Me and Hoe [Joe] can't stop laughing that I'm on Michelle Obama's grid," she wrote.

She added: “I'm 100% sure the queen has no idea who I am but it's made my day none the less. Does anyone know who wrote this? It's so beautiful and warmed my heart and I'd love to say thank you.”

The post comes after the mum-of-three shared her and Joe’s sweet “garden date-night” while isolating with the family during lockdown.

“Garden Date Night. Doesn’t matter what we do we do, I just love spending time with you,” she gushed.
