Stanwell: Man, 50, charged with attempted murder after stabbing

A 50-year-old man has been charged with attempting to murder a teenager in Surrey.

Vincent Fuller, from Stanwell, is also charged with possessing a bladed article, affray, having an offensive weapon and racially aggravated fear or provocation of violence.

It will be treated as a terrorism case, according to police.

A 19-year-old was stabbed on Saturday evening at about 10.30pm in a Tesco car park.

Armed police attended and detained a man an hour later in nearby Town Lane.

Fuller will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court in central London on Saturday.
