Feb. 7—Reservations are now being taken for the annual Claremore Area Chamber of Commerce State of the City luncheon slated Thursday, Feb. 22, at the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center at Rogers State University.
City Manager John Feary will provide an update on the city's current state and plans for the future.
"It's an opportunity for the community to come together and hear about the progress made in the past year, as well as the goals and initiatives for the upcoming year," Chamber CEO and President Barby Myers said.
"There are so many great things about living in Claremore," Myers said. "Mr. Feary is constantly working to make things even better for our residents, and State of the City is the perfect chance for him to showcase all that we have accomplished as a community."
This event is presented by Hillcrest Hospital Claremore and is open to the public. Tickets and corporate tables of eight are available on the Chamber website at Claremore.org. Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m.
