Steph McGovern is busier than ever since leaving BBC Breakfast.

The presenter just finished a stint hosting BBC health show, Easy Ways to Live Well, just started her own podcast and is about to front her own talk show, The Steph Show.

However, we’re glad to see the new mum still has time to relax after she posted a hilarious tea time tradition with one of her close friends.

The 37-year-old had fans in stitches when she posted a selfie with her friend Rachel to Twitter with them both inexplicably wearing fake moustaches.

“Every time my bestie Rach comes round to mine for tea I buy stick-on moustaches for us to wear while we’re having our food,” she tweeted.

“I have no idea why, but it makes me laugh a lot. #tasheteaser.”

Hilariously, several of Steph’s followers shared their own fake ‘tashe wearing escapades, with one commenting: “I see your daftness... & raise you! My family are very much attached to a tache indoors & out!”

While another added: “From now on - this is how you’re conducting EVERY interview…”

Steph’s brand new podcast, Not Bad for a Monday is starting next week.

It will feature Steph along with her friends Claire and Geoff and they will be discussing all things work-related and they're looking for some help from fans and their own funny work-related stories.

“We’re tackling some of the funny, strange+sometimes revolting stuff that happens at work. From office shenanigans to factory funnies, shop floor dramas to oil rig oddities,” she said last week.

“Prepare for toe-curling tales from the daily grind. Send us your stories: notbadforamonday@hotmail.com.”

Not Bad for a Monday will be out every Monday from March 2. To listen, got to the Apple Podcast App, ACast or Spotify.
