Yahoo News Stephanie Pratt reveals Joey Essex "hates" her now
Stephanie Pratt and her Celebs Go Dating co-star and ex-boyfriend Joey Essex definitely didn't have an amicable breakup, from the sounds of it.
The couple turned heads on the dating reality competition last year when they fell for each other rather than the candidates their dating agency matched them up with, thus breaking the show's biggest ground rule in the process.
Their forbidden romance seemed to be going strong… for a few weeks. In the latest issue of OK Magazine, Stephanie Pratt admits she's completely baffled by the rapid downward spiral of their fling.
"He hates me," Pratt admitted. "I have no idea why he dislikes me so much but he did In Bed With Jamie and said some rude things about me. We broke up over the phone when I was in LA and I've not seen him since."
Ouch! Luckily, Stephanie has since landed in a genuinely stable relationship with Harlequin FC rugby star Ollie Lindsay-Hague – or so she says.
"It's early days, but it's all pretty chilled out at the moment," she beamed.
Meanwhile, Joey's since returned to Celebs Go Dating for more doomed blind dates. True to form, he fancied co-star Melody Thornton than any of the ladies he was matched with by the dating agency.
Will he ever learn? (Technically he learns quite a bit on his other reality show Educating Joey Essex, but you know what we mean…)
