Reality star Stephen Bear has been reported to the RSPCA after a neighbour accused him of animal cruelty.

Bear, 28, who is known for his stints on Shipwrecked and Ex on the Beach, shared a note that as left by a neighbour on his Instagram.

He’s since deleted the post but the hand-written letter informed him that his ‘pups have been barking – crying since 6am’.

‘They sounded very distressed.’ The note also reminded him to ‘be a good dog owner’ and told him the pups are ‘not meant be left on their own ALL night’.

It also claimed to have notified the RSPCA, after blasting him for moving to the once-quiet area having now ‘spoilt’ it.

‘So I got a letter today through the door, my dogs have been at my mums for the week because she has been looking after them and they’ve had their second injections, and I think I am getting bullied by my neighbour,’ his post’s caption read.

‘In the letter they said “go back where you come from”, I come from heaven. I don’t know the bus to heaven. Any ideas how to get to heaven? Let me know because I am an angel,’ he also joked.

The RSPCA told Metro that they were unable to confirm whether a complaint had been made or not.

‘Unfortunately we’re unable to discuss complaints about specific people and what action may have been taken.

‘We understand how frustrating that is but releasing information could prejudice a future prosecution or could lead to us being fined,’ they added.

‘We’re so grateful to people who report suspected animal suffering to us and we would like to reassure them we will always look into and, if necessary, investigate any complaints made to us about animal welfare.’

It’s not the first time Bear has come under fire for the alleged mistreatment of his dogs, with a host of criticism aimed his way when a previous puppy, Wolverine, was found dead when he woke up one morning.

He was slammed for taking him home too early and then allowing him to play and run freely straight after coming out of surgery.

Wolverine was found dead in May and just weeks later bought new dogs – his current ones named Reggie and Ronnie.
