Yahoo News Steve Coogan, 50, Dating 26-Year-Old Following Daisy Lewis Split
Steve Coogan has been sighted out and about with a mystery woman prompting rumours that he’s already moved on from actress Daisy Lewis.

The 50-year-old actor has been spotted a number of times this week holding hands with 26-year-old Laura Hajek, who is also known by her musician name, Edith Pop.

The apparent couple were seen over the weekend at Hyde Park’s Carole King Barclaycard Great British Summertime event and then on Wednesday at a memorial for the late Victora Wood.
The couple were then snapped hailing a cab and leaving the event together.
They are believed to have met on the set of The Dinner when, at the time, Steve was still dating 30-year-old Daisy Lewis.

Daisy and Steve split in May following a very public row at celebrity hotspot The Groucho just an hour after she had finished performing on stage in Bug with War And Peace heart-throb James Norton.
It’s believed that they grew apart after Steve was ‘unsupportive’ of the Downtown Abbey star’s recent success and that her friends saw him as an ‘old fashioned narcissist’.
A source told The Daily Mail:
“It all seemed to be going fine until she suddenly became more of a star. Steve could not bear the thought that he was not the main attraction all the time.”
“He started chipping away at her confidence. He did not like the fact she was doing a play with James Norton. He was so unsupportive. As soon as Daisy was keeping her own schedule and doing well, he seemed to feel she was in the way of his limelight. Basically Steve Coogan is a full-blown, old-fashioned narcissist.”

Although neither have publicly commented on their parting, following their split Daisy tweeted to say: “Things I can live without: weak cruel men…” however, the post was quickly deleted.
